This delicious soft-paste and crust cleaned cheese is the Franche-Comté's township pride. The Mont d'Or has a melting and creamy paste which gives it the perfect texture to be cooked or served naturaly with a spoon. It is maintain by a spruce strap and put in a woody box. Consumable between September and May. Refinement : At least 3 weeks.
