Italian cheese coming from Sicilia. It is made by raw sheep milk. It is recognizable by the adding of pepper's seed in the paste before it is cooked and pressed. Its taste is full-flavoured and can be savor as it is or grated. Its crust is brushed and often spread with olive oil, which gives it a nice smell. Refinement: 18 up to 24 months.
