Swiss cheese coming from Glaris township.
Made by a mix of lean cow milk and cream cheese. Its smell is known as strong but its taste is even stronger. It is possible to eat it as it is but it is usually used as seasoning , grated or spread on a slice of bread.
During its fabrication, is added trefoil leaves which gives it a green color. Its paste is smooth and its crust thin.
Refinement: 4 to 9 months.
