This famous english cheese has a parsley paste and is coming from Derbyshire township ( in the center of the contry).
Very rare ( only 7 dairy have the right to sell it), it presents a full-flavoured and strong taste.
Its paste has a creamy interspersed by blue color and its crust is thin and light brown.
Refinement: between 4 and 6 months.
